Terms of return of goods

If you are not satisfied with our product or have received a defective item, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund, provided that the item meets the following criteria:

The item was purchased from the online store www.savashome.com and you have proof of purchase.

The item has not been used and shows no signs of wear (washed, wrinkled, smell etc.).

The item is returned in its original packaging.

In the case of a defect, please send us a photo of the damaged area (to prevent confusion with transport-related damage).

The item can be returned only if no more than 14 calendar days have passed since its receipt.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email to receive a return authorization. Items returned without such confirmation will not be accepted.
If the item is undamaged and free of manufacturing defects, the return shipping costs are covered by you (shipping fees are non-refundable).
If the received item was damaged or has manufacturing defects, we will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.
If the returned products do not meet our return policy requirements and are not accepted, we will store them for 14 business days.
